As part of your application process through the Platform, you may be required to submit various documents, including but not limited to passport copies, tax documents, and visa-related information. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted documents.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Arize Work & Travel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arize Work & Travel, its affiliates, partners, and third-party providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and third-party providers from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Termination
